How to find CPU in Mobile Mother board?

Central Processing Unit:- This IC works as a main IC in mobile motherboard. It does not work self but gives command to all the circuit with the help of memory IC (RAM,ROM). In other words we can say that CPU is the manager of mobile board.

Location of CPU

•  Located in IF Section.
• Big in size.
• BGA type.
• Square shape.
• Silicon type (BLACK)
• Looks like pins around the IC.
• In NOKIA, named as MAD, UPP.

Notes:-

•  In IF section which IC is big that IC is called as CPU if there are no pins in the IC.
• In IF section those IC which have pins they are called as CPU
