How to differentiate either there is hardware problem or the software problem in your cell phone?

Hardware Problem Case:-
  1. Join plus (+) positive and minus (-) negative pins of battery connector in Trigger, if current level increases automatically then the cell phone has hardware problem.
  2. Join plus (+) positive and minus (-) negative pins of battery connector in Trigger, if there is no reaction in current level then also it has hardware problem
  3. Join plus (+) positive and minus (-) negative pins of battery connector in Trigger and after pressing on/off switch it will reach up to the certain point i.e (4,5,6,......) and after releasing on/off switch it will remain in same point i.e (4,5,6,....) then we can say that it has hardware problem
these are the some clues that will help to find the problem cause of hardware of the software

Software Problem Case:-
  1. Join plus (+) positive and minus (-) negative pins of the battery connector in the Trigger and after pressing on/off switch it will reach up to certain point i.e. (4,5,6.....) and after releasing on/off switch it will come to zero (0) then the cell phone is having software problem.

NOTE:- Except Nokia and Sony Ericson cell phones for software all sets should be ON. If the sets are not on then we can not try software in those sets. So it has to be ON for testing software in cell phones

Trigger:- It is an electronic device which is used to test the battery meter and current level of the cell phones and battery.
